Here at The Refuge we offer many different volunteer opportunities!
No matter what you interest or passion is, we have the perfect department for you.
COFFEE SHOP
Our coffee shop is always in the market for baristas, cashiers, and runners. By volunteering in the coffee shop, you will have the opportunity to meet many new people and learn how to make craft drinks.
MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance team is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. This team meets on Saturdays to take care of the building and prepare it for the upcoming week.
TECH
The tech team is made of creatives who run lights, sound, and the computers for our services on Sundays and Wednesdays. A basic understanding of tech operations is preferred.
WORSHIP
Our Wednesday night worship team is always in need of musicians and vocalists who love The Lord and have a desire to lead students in worship. A basic understanding of music is preferred. Lessons are available upon request.
MEDIA
Leadership Team
The Refuge youth leaders are a collective group of adults that have the same vision and heart to impact teens. Youth leaders are expected to be spiritually minded, and be able to give sound, biblical advice. Youth leaders are the coaches for our BMBT Teams.
The media team is responsible for live-streaming, social media, photography, videography, and editing. A basic understanding of photography is preferred.
RAD KIDS
NURSERY
RAD Kids (ages 5-11) is our kids department which meets on Sundays for church. Volunteers are responsible for assisting the lead teacher with lessons, snacks, and games. A generic background check is required.
