Dan has been involved in ministry since 1994 when he began his career at Phoenix Masters Commission focusing mainly on youth evangelism.
He worked there until 1999 when he took a break to work and marry Regan. Shortly after their wedding they re-entered the ministry as a dynamic team when they became the youth pastors for Scottsdale First Assembly, it is there they spent the next 9 years growing in their faith and ministry until they started The Refuge.
Dan and Regan love the beach, coffee, and their three children, Marle, Jay, and Benny.
